Hi, This study, which covers the rhetorical strategies of the entire book of Ezekiel, will prove to be a valuable read if you are trying to understand the Old Testament prophetic book of Ezekiel. This is, at best, a difficult book to read, and many have given up trying in complete and utter frustration. This paper was originally delivered at the 2011 International SBL Conference in London. Its subject concerns the use of Lloyd Bitzer’s “the rhetorical situation” model of rhetorical criticism and applies it to the study of the book of Ezekiel. This paper is a good example of rhetorical criticism used for biblical studies, and particularly for the book of Ezekiel. Since the paper is fairly long, I’ve made it available for you to read in a separate window. Please help. Thanks! I didn't find the right solution from the Internet.
